Spotlight in iPadOS used to be able to calculate decimals

Has anyone noticed the feature reduction?

Go ahead, try it. 2+2 gives 4.

but 2.0+2 doesn’t calculate.

Working fine for me on iPad mini 6 on 16.1.1.

"2.0+2" works fine.
"2+2" works fine.
"2 + 2" works fine.
"2.0 + 2" - no result. Spaces seem to break decimal addition? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
