hey, since I installed winxp it looks like everytime I boot into mac OSX (10.5.2) spotlight indexes my disk (mac osx disk) every single time, although it doesn't take that long, it obviously taxes the cpu a bit, hence slowing the boot time... anyone has the same problem?

I had this same issue, and on another search found a (potential) solution of adding your boot camp partition to the Privacy settings in spot light.

I haven't confirmed this works yet, but is there a better way? I would actually like to be able to search on my FAT32 Windows partition in Spotlight as well, but not have to re-index every time I start up.
