I am trying to diagnose some Spotlight indexing problems. In particlular mdimport -L shows empty list.
When I try to add plugin manually with the following command:

Code:
mdimport -r /Applications/Evernote.app/Contents/Library/Spotlight/EvernoteSpotlightImporter .mdimporter

I see strange warning in console:

Code:
2/7/13 11:39:47.953 AM lsboxd[240]: Not allowing process 10350 to launch "/System/Library/SocialServices/Twitter.socialplugin" because it does not appear to be an application bundle.
2/7/13 11:39:47.953 AM lsboxd[240]: Not allowing process 10350 to register app "/System/Library/SocialServices/Twitter.socialplugin" for launch.
2/7/13 11:39:47.969 AM lsboxd[240]: Not allowing process 10350 to launch "/System/Library/SocialServices/Weibo.socialplugin" because it does not appear to be an application bundle.

It looks my spotlight is broken and I am not sure how to fix it. I tried full re-indexing (it worked), but it still looks like Spotlight does not use any plugins listed in:

Code:
prosody /Users/lord> ls -1 /Library/Spotlight/
DjVu.mdimporter
GBSpotlightImporter.mdimporter
LogicPro.mdimporter
Microsoft Office.mdimporter
Wolfram Notebook.mdimporter
iBooksAuthor.mdimporter
iMovie.mdimporter
iWork.mdimporter

Any advice is appreciated!
