Spotlight Issue - Shows Two Copies of Everything

I have a Spotlight issue whenever I search of anything it shows two copes of everything!

However, when I actually navigate to the folder via finder, there is just the one copy as I expect. What would cause this and how should I fix it?

I had thought of reindexing but didn't see any easy way to do it. Thanks for sorting this out for me!
