Spotlight only displays local results

Hey everyone,

I cannot seem to be able to make Spotlight to display web results like weather information and so on.

I have all options under Spotlight in System Preferences ticked
I have three folders no-search folders under Privacy tab: Library, User Library and System
I have location services enabled
I'm using English language with Portugal as locale, but changing this to US does not solve the problem

I'm running El Cap on a mid 2010 MacBook Pro 13' inch

Any help would be appreciated
