I've noticed the search results in Spotlight have been getting slower and slower on my MBP. It's to the point where I'm often better off just navigating to the file I'm looking for in Finder. I do a lot of video work like DVD authoring and compression and I'm always creating new and deleting old files so it might make sense that I just need a good old fashioned re-indexing, but I was wondering if there's any other reason my Spotlight might be lagging.
Any ideas?
