Spotlight Saved Search problem

I have in 10.13.6 Spotlight Saved Search Query in Dock and it worked for long time but now if i change Sort by to Last Opened and then click any item then it still shows in Dock menu check mark next to Last Opened but it is not sorted by Last Opened anymore.

I have rebuild Spotlight etc.
