Spotlight Search Shows MENU_SEARCH

Hey guys. Whenever I search Spotlight from the menubar, instead of getting something like this,
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...ard_spotlight.png/360px-Leopard_spotlight.png

The word "Spotlight" doesn't show, and instead I get MENU_SEARCH

(see attached picture)

Please Help! Any answers are greatly appreciated :)

UPDATE:
I never noticed it, but when i search, it also uses SHOW_ALL_NO_COUNT instead of Show All, and MENU_PREFERENCES instead of Spotlight Preferences...
