Since I upgraded to Lion, Spotlight is searching everything on my Mac, even system files (from the system folder) and form Library Folder. Is there a way to stop it to do that?. I enter the folder in privacy, but it still search for the files.

I remember in Snow Leopard I just got results from my Home folder (Movies, Documents, Images, etc) but never files that are buried way deep in the system.

It is annoying because when I search for a movie for example, I get a lot of result that are unnecessary and unwanted (like developer files, or audio files that are .raff, etc.

EDIT: Also, how to remove the warning signs from Spotlight preferences? I go to Keyboard preferences, but they don't show the shortcuts from every application anymore. (see pictures)
