Spotlight stuttering

At this point, I'm pretty confused as to how Apple has not been capable of fixing that little visual stutter when you swipe over to spotlight. Every new major revision of the OS I expect the problem to be solved. Can anyone shine any light on why the tasks of smoothly animating the screen and activating spotlight can't be performed together?

Also when you search for something in spotlight and click on what you want, the zooming out effect is jittery and not as smooth as would e expected.

He clearly stated every new revision this error was still here. Nothing to do with iOS 6 on its own.

No offense intended but is this going to be the default explanation for everything?

If so, to save key strokes let's standardize by just replying with: Default 1.
