Spotlight Suggestions not working in iOS 9?

I just got the beta today, and I was expecting to see a whole bunch of suggested people, apps, and places in the new spotlight. The only thing I see is a blur, though. Did I do something wrong? Is it supposed to look like that?

iPhone 6, iOS 9 beta 3
