spotlight takes a moment, 11.3 beta

this just started, with the 11.3 beta. spotlight is just a little slow to open, so when i go to search for something, it doesn't 'catch' the first letter. opening stickies for instance brings up 'ticket viewer' (something i've never seen before, btw... 🤔 ).

anyone else seeing this? am (finally) faster than my mac...

hmm... seems to be happening only on my macbook (not my imac). just odd that it started with the 11.3 beta. will keep an eye on it (& for now, let's blame the 12" macbook's keyboard 😂 )...
