Spotlight Top Hit Broken

I have noticed that the Top Hit in Spotlight results does not reflect the item that I chose from the last Spotlight search. For example, I have Firefox and MultiFirefox installed. I start to search for "Fire", then I choose MultiFirefox from the results. Later when I do a new search for "Fire" the Top Hit is not MultiFirefox. In Snow Leopard, it always gives the item you chose last as the Top Hit.

Is this a Lion bug? Or something I can fix on my own?
