Spread to full screen in FaceTime

I think this was a feature in mavericks. and it certainly is a feature in quicktime sin QT10. Has anyone found a way to activate this gesture or have it working?

I've never heard about that being an OS level option, so I'm not sure about doing it that way, but I'm sure you could make something comparable with BetterTouchTool (it might not have that specific gesture).
