Spreadsheet

Just read that Google is coming out with a Spreadsheet. It made me wonder what ever happened to the proposed spreradsheet Apple was to come out with as part of the iWorks Suite??? I've not heard anything about it for a long, long, while.

Apple could have been on the vanguard by taking .Mac and turning it into a whole suite of AJAX web apps, but I think they have missed that boat. Apple still makes excellent desktop software, though.
