Springboard crash on iphone startup

Hi guys,

After installing a bunch of Cydia stuff, springboard crashes whenever it comes back after a reboot-
it gives a crash message, then it resprings, and only then all works fine.
it's a 4.1 iphone.

I attached the crashlog and syslog (via Crash Reporter) - no suspects...
Can anyone look and tell me what are the suspects?

PS- the crash took place at 23:13:18
