This started about 2 days ago, when I upgraded the essential packages for Cydia. An time I close an app, whether it is music, the App Store, a game, or whatever, it always freezes, and displays the MobileSubstrate crashed thing. So I can't use anything. Should I restore?

Last Cydia essential update made me get stuck at the boot logo and had to restore.
After that everything went ok.
