Springboard crashing with winter board

Is it normal for spring board to crash with winter board running a theme?
I'd love to use some sort of theme but I don't want springboard to continually crash.

No - not normal. That said, you could have way too many things running that are causing your springboard crash (this will also cause a ton of lag even if it doesn't crasH).

I would try disabling some tweaks and see if that helps, then go from there.

my guess something is not compatible with your firmware or something is conflicting with something else. best way uninstall or deactivate one thing at a time till you find your culprit.

It doesn't just sit here and continually crash (thankfully). Just every so often. I will disable tweaks and see if it gets better.
