Does anyone know what this is?

Fresh install of iOS 11 on my iPhone 8 with only a few apps.

It's the internal codename for the home screen process. Did this item appear in the previous versions of iOS?

It's definitely not supposed to show up there, but it's not anything to worry about. Springboard is the home screen, likely just a leftover bug enabling its executable to show with other apps that'll go away with an update.
