Springbord bookmarks will not delete

i have about 7 springbord bookmarks pages that i cant get rid of. i have tryed everything, Delete icloud and all email accounts on my phone. Reset all setting, reset all network setting, erase all content from my phone and restored it from the cloud. But everytime after deleting the bookmarks and a power down my phone or sync it they always come back. I would appreciate it if some could please help me out.
