My family is currently using this old plan and have four lines. I know the maximum is five lines and I'm wondering if anyone still has it and if so, how much is the 5th line cost? Thinking of jumping on there when the new iPhone 6 comes out.

Note that the ED plans are still subject to the Premium Data Fee. So, if your fifth line is a smartphone you will also get the $10 fee tacked on too.
