Sprint 6s going mute during calls

Hello,

I wanted to see if this was an issue that anyone else was having, no matter the carrier. Since I've had the device (a few months) I have had this issue - whenever I call someone, or they call me, I will be able to talk and listen for a few seconds, and every once and a while the speaker will just mute. I am unable to hear the person I am talking to, but they can still hear me. I will hang up and recall and then everything works. Thoughts?

I've had that happen once or twice. Usually because of Sprint's network.

Are you in an area with solid LTE or is Sprint still working on the network where you are?

Well it happens everywhere. At home, I have solid LTE connection and it happens. It happens both on cellular calling and wifi calling.

I had it happen once, and I'm on T-Mobile. Had to reboot to fix it.
