Chauncey get healthy and make the Knicks into a winner before you start coming on MacRumors crying about the Sprint iPhone! ;)

Why do you want a Sprint iPhone? CDMA technology is a step backwards and super slow. You'll be lucky to even get 1mbps down.

Please try to troll harder next time... everyone could see right through this :p

I'm staying on Att and yet even I still see benefits of a Sprint iPhone 5:
- Unlimited everything for $80/mo
- Better coverage in certain areas which might be yours
and of course...
- Unlimited everything for $80/mo

Not trolling. That's a FACT. Try comparing GSM & CDMA and you'll see that UMTS/HSPA+ is way faster than EVDO.

Sure, but what if your area doesn't get good Att coverage but does actually get good CDMA coverage?

Even if the data speeds are 1 mbps CDMA seems to work for a ton of people with Verizon's iPhone 4 already. I don't see anything different about the same situation happening for people on Sprint and the iPhone 5...

Well Sprint's network is much slower than Verizon's. That is also a fact. ;) With the introduction of the Evo 4G last year their network has decreased in speed. Buddy of mine got the Evo 3D this summer and he barely got 512Kbps in most places in Chicago. I'm not saying AT&T is better because they are not. The carrier who has the best coverage where YOU go most often wins. My point is with CDMA you barely going to top 1.5Mbps because EVDO only supports theoretical download speeds of 2.4Mbps if my memory serves me correctly.

With plain ol' 3G on AT&T or T-Mobile that theoretical peak is much higher and thus delivering higher data speeds. Now if Sprint had something between their Evdo (3G) and Wimax that would be great. To bad they don't yet support Evdo Rev. B.

ill be getting a sprint iphone

att charges way too much and they removed all the cheap text plans so im gone

1. its cheaper, much cheaper.
2. i get a good discount;)
3. in my area the service is VERY VERY GOOD

LoL :)

Cavalier fan eh? Even after last season? ;)

haha, I'm not an NBA fan really. But after what Isaiah Thomas did to the Knicks, I think they are still digging their way out. But I'm glad you saw the humor, that's all it was for and this place has a way of taking itself too seriously. :)
