Carrier Sprint free iPhone 7 offer from September

All - I had ordered iPhone 7 plus JB 128GB back in September. I got it in November. I sent in my old iPhone 6plus in December (within the time limit). I was hoping to see monthly credits starting this month. But it's not there in this months bill. Any idea how long it takes for monthly credits to start appearing in the bills? Has anyone got credits from Sprint yet?

From my understanding it's usually one billing cycle to get credit.

I'd call them. I've read similar threads on here where people haven't got it and had to call.
