For anyone that took part in the trade in offer from Sprint, have you started to see them remove the equipment charges from your bill? I'm getting extremely upset as this is month 3 of paying for my iPhone 7+ when I was told last month that the credit should be on my bill starting this month. I'm highly regretting switching to Sprint. Feeling like I should have just kept my previous service and my paid off iPhone instead of dealing with this headache...
