Carrier Sprint iPhone on Verizon?

If I purchase a Sprint iPhone 7+ and pay in full, will I be able to use on Verizon (and other CDMA carriers) or am I limited to using GSM carriers only?

Sort of. Apparently it will work if you use a pre-existing SIM.
