Apparently Sprint has ended the iPhone forever program that they had without telling anyone. No one there seems to know if it is possible to upgrade or what the cost will be. They say I have five more months left on my lease even though it was an iPhone forever lease. Anyone able to get any information that makes sense?

Yep.....noticed that this morning. That's kind of messed up because those of us that were on that program had to pay a little extra every month so we could upgrade every year. Can I get all of that money back or.....? I had to pay about $50 to return my phone and to get a comparable monthly payment I had to choose a 30-month lease. I'm not pleased but not sure if anything can be done.

Same here. Was on iPhone forever... forever. Had to pay the extra to upgrade today (plus taxes). Worth noting that the 30 month option is in installments, not a lease. We are also eligible to upgrade with trade-in after half the device is paid off. That means every 15 months now, or paying 3 months worth to upgrade next year. Still better than that BS flex lease. I think its a good thing to be off the lease and on something more like every other carrier.

I also see mentions of people getting a $200 loyalty discount. I did not get it, but have had 5 lines with sprint for over 10 years, with four lines being iPhones. Not sure how to be more loyal than that...

I'm glad to be done with the lease program, which made it too easy for Sprint to extract extra payments near the end of the lease unless the customer paid very close attention to the calendar. I bought both of our iPhones off the lease program several months ago.

Today, for the 12pro 256, I got $500 for my fully owned XS 256, plus $10 per month (loyalty?) credit, for a very attractive $6.67 per month (times 30 months plus $99 up front). Ultimate cost of the device: $300 (vs $870 including the trade-in credit, vs $1099 list.)

The problem is Sprint Complete, which adds $19.99 per month, which makes for a ridiculous formula: $6.67 each month for the device, 3X that to protect it.

Still, Sprint Complete is a good program that I've made use of several times in the past and it gives me a sense of security, so I went for it.

Estimated delivery (I was on the Priority Status pre-order program) 11/10-11/16. Anyone seeing earlier deliveries from Sprint?
