Sprint LTE Roaming Agreements

Well, it's about freaking time!!

They obviously had their heads up a certain orifice before, when they didn't want to do this.

Yeah!

Personally I think it's down to making sure they cover those 200K pops. I don't think they can do it by the end of the year just with Network Vision. This is something that will let them say they made the goal when if left just to themselves they wouldn't

Just my thinking on the matter.

Color me surprised. Wow! It's actually good news as my phone has not once went from LTE to 3G today so I'm actually happy with sprint right now lol
 
Just to add a little something. My LTE speed is getting better daily

For instance this is the slowest it has been all day. Just a couple days ago my slowest would've been 5 down maybe 1 up

Still haven't seen any LTE improvements here in Houston. Getting increasingly frustrated with this 3G crap hopefully this will be good news though.

Hang in there! Supposedly TX is supposed to be hitting it's stride by Christmas and be complete by mid-2014. At least from what I gleaned on s4gru.com

Also, note that here in PHX there's still several towers (reportedly) that are still in the PERMITTING stage and haven't even been worked on depsite having permits granted several months ago.

It could be the case with towers in your area.

Same here! I pulled almost 16 down tonight!

Have you heard of anything in CT? Sprint is absolutely terrible here from both a data and voice perspective.

Nothing specific, but that's only because I was just following my market. I hear things because some of the posters on s4gru.com mention other markets in the Phoenix market thread.

s4gru.com has Connecticut broken out into Northern and Southern. The market topic discussions can be found here. Just click on the southern or northern one.

Note that this is just the market discussion thread. In the Markets forum there is a list of the markets that received upgrades during a certain time period and what they where (site Acceptance reports).

You may also want to check the Running List thread as that has specific numbers for your market.

But for up to date info you want the specific thread for your market. Posters mention in there where stuff goes live in their area. That's how I found out about the first two LTE tower locations in PHX.
