I bought an iPad Pro 10.5 cellular yesterday and want to try Sprint prepay data pass, there is good service in my neighborhood. I go to cellular on the iPad, choose Sprint Mobile Broadband Pass, spend 10 minutes filling out the page, creating passwords, putting in my credit card info and then at the end I sign the terms of service, it attempts to process my order and then I just get an error that says 'there was a problem in processing your request, please try again later - it clears the form and then I have to go through the whole process again. I've tried dozens of times with multiple credit cards and in several locations and it just tells me to try again later each time. I have WiFi connection and all other apps work. I want to set up Sprint cellular as backup data connection in case of a power outage. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Thanks!
