I am excited that this will be my First iPhone since Sprint is finally releasing one. I am not a total noob when it comes to apple products, i have the touch 1G and Ipad 1G and a MacBook Pro but never an iPhone.
So all the well vested Iphone guru's out there ... what can u suggest for us sprint folks that are finally getting there hands on an iphone?
The wait is long and will feel like forever ... but if we can use the time before we actually get the phone to prepare sites, accounts, apps ... then hopefully time will go faster.
First get an iTunes account setup to buy apps etc -- DONE
For the past two years i have been using android phone with all my contacts, calendar etc linked into my gmail account. Can i get all that info transferred over to the iphone? I think natively i may be able to do calendar but not contacts ... could be wrong.
I wonder how long before there is an untethered jailbreak for the IOS5 ... being that the beta has been out for some time.
What are some of the first apps us noobie users should install upon getting device.
I found some sites that offer a free app everyday ... sort of like amazon app store for android .. when they offer a free app each day
