I know the Xs(s) have been having trouble connecting but I thought the issue was resolved with the last ios update. Anyway, I have a new Xs that is not activating. I am not using my old sim, but the new one and have been chatting for hours with a tech. He did whatever he did and we restarted and tried to update carrier settings. His last message was: " I want to let you know that the iPhone Xs Max, is Having some provision delays issues to connect with the Sprint network. The issue is not your phone but the network that is experiencing delays to successfully connect with the device. If the troubleshooting does not work, we recommend you to wait within 1-2 hours until the phone finally connects and also you can keep attempting to update the profile by dialing ##873283#. Please do not worries at all, your phone might says "active" at any moment." I have no choice but to wait now but wtf? This doesn't sound right. Everything else is fine with the phone. It connects to wifi, updated all my apps and settings from the cloud. ANy advice other than wait and probably have to go to the store tomorrow?
