Sprint Service update is not working?

I was not having any problems at all doing this before.

I am talking about the ##873283# thing.

Then I started having horrible better life (4 hours of usage, nothing intensive just browsing, texting, phone calls) and so i reset my phone through iTunes.

Now i tried to do this and it doesn't work. Any suggestions?
