Sprint stores no longer stocking Apple bumpers?

Heard this from a few different Sprint stores over the past few days. They had at least the green Apple bumpers at Sprints launch of the iPhone but were told they needed to be sent back to Apple. Anyone have any information on this? I see Target is no longer carrying the black Apple bumpers in store either. :confused:

With the new settlement agreement I'm pretty sure Apple is requesting all the bumpers they can get back from retail outlets. I could be wrong tho.
