Sprint TEXT MESSAGE ISSUE: (Temp FIX)

There's a bug going on in Beta 3 that if you try to send a text message to another person not using an iPhone, it will fail. iMessage WILL work, but not TEXT message. This is limited to the Sprint network; other networks work fine.

I found a temporary fix for those looking for one: Sending a group message WILL WORK. So, instead of sending the one person a separate text message, send a group MMS to yourself, and the person without the iPhone you're texting. It should go through.

My texting works as intended on my Sprint 4S. Must not be an issue with every Sprint iPhone on iOS 6b3.

My iMessage works, however, not a regular text message (to another iPhone or a non iPhone)

I can send SMS (not iMessage) to people with and without iPhones on with my Sprint iPhone 4S.

Edit: try a reboot or network settings reset.

Have you tried resetting Network Settings.

Hey guys I have an iphone 4s on sprint and it does the same thing. it wont send texts to non iphones.
