Carrier [Sprint]: Unlocked iPhone Xs Max showing ineligible for Sprint 1-yr free plan

Hi,

Got an unlocked iPhone Xs Max. Currently have an AT&T SIM card. Checked with IMEI that this phone will work on Sprint’s Networks.
However for the Sprint 1-yr free unlimited talk, text & data, the new iPhone Xs and Xs Max’s show ineligible (seems ESN shows these phones as pre-paid ‍♂️). Anyone knows how long does Sprint take to update their Database?
