I am a Sprint user and on a family plan. Will there be any issues involved with getting my phone as I am not the contract signer?

Sprint eCare Chat said there would be no issue, but I am not sure I believe him.. The line is eligible and also eligible as per Apples website when I previously went to order it.

Anyone have experience with this?
