Sprint- "We'll do our best to get it to you by Sept. 19."

That's what Sprint says in the confirmation email. I've never done an iPhone preorder before so I'm confused as to how this would work. The launch date is the 19th so does this mean that they'll ship it out on the 19th or will they ship it before and I'll have it on the 19th?

"get it to you by Sept. 19." would require shipping at least a day before for delivery on 9/19. That's usually how iPhone pre-orders work.

But it's really more of their way of saying "You might get it on launch if we have enough, but no promises"

Didn't work at 2 AM CT like the customer service rep told it would a day before but got it to go through about an hour and a half later. What is your shipping date?

19th and I ordered from the Apple site at 6:30 (I went back to bed at 3:00) since I pressed reload on both Sprint and Apple for an hour and wasn't getting results
