Spying software in process list

Hello Everybody

I saw "Covenant Eyes" in process list in Battery Saver app in my Apple iPhone 5C.

I have not installed the "Covement Eyes" application.
Are anybody seeing "Covement Eyes" in the process list of their Apple iPhones ?
If so or not, how to remove it ?

I fully own my device.
