Spyware. Help?

My battery (iphone 4 iOS 6.1) is dien incredibly fast and all setting have been made to save battery tried everything I been looking online and came across spyware no jailbreak needed an this can drain someone iphone fast how can I tell if I have spyware in my iphone I do have a jealous partner

My battery just drains super fast a percent a minute almost and when it's in Stan by it drains normally I've tweaked settings and everything but nothing is helping

In my experience if the battery runs down fast there is some power hungry app running in the background such as a gps or music synthasiser app. Alternativly the battery may have reached the end of its usefull life.

Is there a way to find out ?

Double tap the home button and the close all the apps open in the bar that appears. See if that slows your battery drain.

I always do and no I doesn I guess just need a new battery or phone
