SQL Server Enterprise Manager equivilent?

I will be getting a mac mini at work (in a all windows office its quite an achievement!), and i'm going to need an equivilent to Sql Server Enterprise Manager, basically, someting that will let me connect to, and modify sql databases on Microsoft Sql Server..

Any suggestions?
