So I have had my phones replaced by square trade twice in the recent years (one a 5S and one a 6) and have noticed that I have received full reimbursement for the cost from going to the Apple Store. I always opt for the full replacement, where they just give me a "new" one, and when I have sent the bills to square trade they do not deduct the $99 deductible that they advertise. So for $99 I have full peace of mind that I can get a brand new phone for free. Is this how it is supposed to go? Anyone else experience this?
