I bought a G3 iMac off Ebay for $100. Id seen this Squaretrade link on other auctions (not the one I won) and it looks like some kind of extended warranty on Ebay items. It would only be $11.99 for a 3yr warranty, but what guarantee will I have that in a year or 2, if the computer craps out, Ill get either a repair of refund paid from Squaretrade?

For 11.99 I wouldn't mind paying it just for that extra bit of cover, but knowing Squaretrade I wouldn't depend on that warranty if my life depended on it
