When I put the price, $80, it says that it would be 15 dollars for a 3 year warranty. So I thought wow that's a good deal if I can unlimited replacement each time it breaks, for 3 years. But there's this too:

Add protection from Drops, Spills and other Accidental Damage for just $8.00.
Expand your already great normal-use protection with Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH). It covers you from spilt liquids, dropped items and most other accidental damage. Learn More

I wasn't sure if that's necessary or not.

How many times have you broken your MBP Charger? Seems like spending 15-23 to protect an $80 item is excessive... You are looking at spending 20-30% of the value in insurance.

Quite frequently. Actually two times. But within a pretty short period of time. I'm pretty sure I'll break it at least once or twice in the 3 years to come.

I'm guessing AppleCare doesn't cover any kind of accidental damage, which is the reason why you need some sort of warranty in the first place. So I don't see the point of AppleCare.
