i have had my :apple:MBP seince June 2008 and for the most part i LOVE it! however in these past few days (about 3) the hinge squeaks whenever it goes farther back than about 90 degrees. It also seems like the hinge is more giving after 90 degrees:eek:! what do i need to do to fix this because i need this computer to last me about 3 and a half more years!!

Yeah I have this same problem.

Also, the binding where my left wrist rests is terribly squeaky, and I can actually hear the harddrive through it. It's really annoying.

Makes me really want the unibody design of the new MBP.

Should I be worried about these?

The superdrive is on the right side... hence where the slot is.

The harddrive is on the left.

thats all nice and all that we have figured out where our drives are:p but does anyone have a solution or where i should turn for help?
