Right after the keynote, I left the office and got a gtx 1070 and will now run Windows only and wait for nvidia webdrivers - if they ever come out. Frankly, win 8.1/10 got quite good and everything I need the run on OS X runs great on windows (even better) be in Photoshop, Lightroom, etc....not to mention gaming - what a change from gtx680!
That's it for me. No more Apple computers. I don't want an emoji toolbar, a mobile sub-part gpu in 3k+ iMacs, or non-expandable trash cans with soldered POS amd garbage...wtf is going on?!
What the hell was wrong with mp 5,1? I don't know about you, but I do want my PCI slots, my SATA ports, HD trays, all encased in a 20kg box.
Few years ago I'd be really pissed at apple...today, not so much. There are so many amazing options for PCs and I'm looking forward to building one once my MP craps out.
Still...it's a sad day in pro apple camp.
