Hi,

Two "Sr. Level" questions please.

I looked carefully in Preferences/General, etc. but still
cannot see how, exactly, to totally disable this Dark mode my iMac
has apparently gotten into. Also, don't want it coming back, ever.
How, please ?

And, where do I go to check out what, if any, 32 bit apps and programs I might
have prior to, maybe, updating to Catalina ?

Any caveats or gotchas if I decide to update ?
Experience of others with update ?

As always,
Thanks,
Bob

System preferences --> general --> appearance --> light

Use "32 bit check".
Get it here:

My advice and my opinion only:
If Mojave is doing well for you, DON'T upgrade yet.
Why fix what isn't broke?
Also... Mojave is now a "mature OS" -- most or all of the bugs worked out by now.
Not so with Catalina.
