I'm going to venture into the territory of asking a stupid question here, so please bear with me.
Earlier today there were 2 MBP's on the Refurb list. Each was 2.2, 2 gb, 128 NVidia 8600 GT for $1699. Are those SR MBP's? I only ask because I didn't see the backlit keyboard as a feature on the features list.
I assume we're far enough into the SR build that the refurbs are SR's but I thought I'd at least look before I leap.
Also, I know this has been discussed exhaustively, but I though I'd ask anyway:
The site lists shipping as 7 to 10 business days, but I've seen many of you saying that they ship between 1 and 3. When they were shipping between 1 and 3 did they expressely say "Ships in: 1 to 3 days" or did it say 7 to 10? I'm about to snag one of those bad boys if everything seems peachy keen.
