SSD and DVD Drive Caddy

Hi I am looking to get a SSD. I have read and researched a lot on the Crucial M4's and the OWC Extremes, which one would you say is better for the Mac? As well are there any dvd drive bay hard drive caddy's that support 12.5 mm height, as I am looking to my 1 TB WD there. Thank you
