Is it better to buy through Amazon or NewEgg?
If my SSD fail, who can give me the like best support of replacing it?

After first 30 days past purchase, both companies will turn over warranty issues to the manufacturer. Both companies have excellent reputation for customer service. I would go with whoever has the best deal.

amazon

I would go with whomever offers the best pricing, but amazon CS can't be beat

Amazon is a store itself, as well as a portal for other stores to sell their goods. The product could be listed, but sold by another company.
Newegg is all in house. They have a warehouse of good that they sell from.

Another option is TigerDirect. Good store.

Best pricing is the thing you should look for. Newegg is the gold standard for computer components because they sell quality parts on the cheap, send out promo codes often, and have discounts daily.

Who ever has the best price at the time. Both companies are excellent and you cannot go wrong but I'd not pay more $$ for a product that the other as for less.
