I've heard good things about the kingston SSD Now Series. I'm actually considering picking one up for myself in the near future.

EDIT : I Know patriot is a reliable brand, and I've read a couple good reviews on the inferno series. Likewise, I have considered one of those for myself as well.

actually, i just installed the OWC 240GB in my system tonight. installation was simple and would be the same as any SSD you choose. they also have videos on their site for you to follow.

My first impression of it is...WOW.

EDIT: here is the install video link: http://eshop.macsales.com/installvideos/. just choose the computer and what you're installing. also, the link you provided includes an external case for the SSD. if you're installing inside the mpb, you won't need that kit. here is the link to the bare drive: http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/internal_storage/Mercury_Extreme_SSD_Sandforce/Solid_State_Pro

Installation would be identical to any other SSD or HDD. That drive is great it even comes with an enclosure, even though they are cheap it is still nice.

You have everything you need to install the SSD right there in that package.

Now if only I had $500 to spend on a SSD of that size.
